Neville Daruwalla is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Cista Healthcare. Being an empathetic and enthusiastic individual with a deep sense of commitment, it was only natural that he chose home health industry as his domain.
He had a highly successful engagement as operations head with a leading home health solutions company, prior to launching Cista Healthcare.
Our healthcare management programs are driven by a qualified, caring and committed team. We are a perfect mix of compassionate experts who seek to optimize wellness, energy, independence and joy in elderly parents during the special phase of their life.

We advocate that Home Health CareBuddy serve your parents during times where they need preventive care. As familiarity grows, trust grows, and our Home Health CareBuddy will gradually become your parent’s trusted advisor when an emergency occurs.
Home Health CareBuddy are trained counsellors with a passion to serve. They are trained to provide the best experience to your parents at times of preventive or emergency care. A portion of Home Health CareBuddy remuneration is tied to satisfaction scores as generated by your parents.
For preventive services, our Home Health CareBuddy will provide a 2.5 hrs. window within which they will arrive at the appointment. For emergency services, our Home Health CareBuddy will activate an emergency protocol which typically consists of contacting your designated friends and relatives, contacting the nearest ambulance network and recommend the best healthcare facility for you to decide on where to take your parents to get the best medical care. Home Health CareBuddy will reach the healthcare facility based on your instructions.
We will keep you informed about the status of your parent’s health through high quality reports and information as needed. You can also directly contact our Home Health CareBuddy for information. You could talk to your parents through them as well if needed.
